Bokaro Steel Plant, located in the city of Bokaro in the state of Jharkhand, India, is one of the largest and most modern steel manufacturing facilities in the country. Established in collaboration with the Soviet Union in the early 1960s, it plays a crucial role in India’s steel production. The plant is operated by the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), a leading public sector undertaking in the steel industry. As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, I don’t have specific information about a “Garga Dam” in Bokaro. It’s possible that there have been developments or new information since then. However, as of my last update,  , India, is known for its steel industry and not particularly for a dam named Garga.

These hills are renowned for being the place where 20 out of the 24 Tirthankaras, revered spiritual teachers in Jainism, attained Nirvana. The main peak, named Shikharji, is considered the holiest and stands at an elevation of 1,350 meters, making it the highest peak in Jharkhand. Pilgrims from various parts of the country visit Parasnath Hills to undertake the revered journey known as “Sammed Shikhar Yatra” in order to seek spiritual enlightenment and purification.
